I have spent many years working on genealogy, PAF program saves data into both individual and family group sheets in an organized manner and can go into family tree, all by typing a name in once, there is ease in going from one person to another and from one family to family to another, data can be printed out in sequences that is on family group sheets in a systematic order that flows with the pedigree sheet. Many years of research and work from many different individuals has been combined to make this program efficient, comprehensive and usable for those working on genealogy. There is so much duplication on some programs, and many family disputes because there are different lines followed, with PAF one can follow their PERSONAL lines without the conflict of interest from other people who claim different information.
Biggest Pro: Professional data research has been combines with many years of individual research to make this the most effective and easiest program to follow and use in identifying famiily group sheets, individual data and pedigree sheets
Biggest Con: I have not found any excedpt it’s stopp[ed being offering by the LDS Chruch!

Passwords Not Saved Between PCs By Default: Opera stores passwords in such a way that they are encrypted in a way tied to current PC's operating system, the same issue Google Chrome has. While the passwords are not kept or left behind on the PC itself, they won't be retrievable when you move to a new PC. You must sync your password to Opera in order to preserve them as you move PCs or upgrade operating systems.

Certificates Not Portable: Opera, like Google Chrome, has no certificate manager. It uses Windows' certificates manager. So, any certificates you install are stored on the current local machine and will not travel with you. Thus, you should not use any private certificates with Opera except on your own PC.

Note that other portable browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition do not have the password, extension, and certificate issues mentioned above. These issues are specific to Opera and other Chrome-based browsers due to Chrome's design and not something we can work around without fixes to the base app by the Chrome developers.
